一、授權許可

論文出版前，作者作為權利持有人須簽署出版協議。該協議為獨家授權，意味著作者保留著作權，但授權本刊擁有唯一且專屬的發表權利，期限涵蓋著作權法定存續期間。

1. Licensing

Before publication, the author, as the rights holder, is required to sign a publishing agreement. This agreement is an exclusive license, meaning that while the author retains copyright to the work, they grant Communication and Society the sole and exclusive right and license to publish it for the full legal term of copyright.

二、本刊論文版權安排

一經出版，本刊論文的版權屬於香港中文大學新聞與傳播學院及香港浸會大學傳理學院。作者如需將本刊已刊登之論文收錄於專書或重印，請電郵聯絡本刊編輯部(comjournal@cuhk.edu.hk) 獲取版權。任何人如需在社交媒體平台轉載本刊已刊登之論文，請電郵聯絡本刊編輯部(comjournal@cuhk.edu.hk) 獲取版權。

The copyright of articles published in the journal belongs to the School of Journalism and Communication, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and the School of Communication, Hong Kong Baptist University. Authors who wish to have their published articles included in a book or reprinted should contact the editorial office (comjournal@cuhk.edu.hk) to obtain copyright permission. Anyone wishing to repost the articles published by the journal on social media platforms should contact the editorial office (comjournal@cuhk.edu.hk) to obtain copyright permission.
