作者需披露是否在論文中使用了人工智能（AI）輔助工具（例如：大型語言模型、聊天機器人或圖像創作工具如Sora）。作者如果使用這些技術，應在封面信、提交過程和所提交論文的適當部分遵循以下規定披露相關信息：

1. 作者如使用AI輔助工具進行語法檢查、拼寫、格式和語言校對無需披露；
2. 作者如使用AI輔助工具進行寫作輔助、資料收集和分析，或生成圖形和圖像，必須在致謝和方法部分中披露，並說明使用了哪些工具及其使用方式；
3. AI輔助工具不能作為共同作者，因為它們對研究工作不承擔責任；
4. 作者如未能妥善披露AI輔助工具使用將會受到處罰，處罰力度取決於違規性質；
5. 此規定在學刊編輯委員會批准後立即生效；

Guidelines on the use of AI-assisted tools in submissions

Authors are required to disclose whether they used Artificial Intelligence (AI)–assisted technologies (such as Large Language Models, chatbots, or image creators like Sora) in their submitted work. That is, authors who use such technology should disclose, in the cover letter, the submitting process, and the submitted work in the appropriate section if applicable by following these guidelines:

1. AI-assisted tools for grammar checking, spelling, formatting, and language proofreading are exempted from disclosure;
2. Authors who utilized AI-assisted tools for writing assistance, data collection and analysis, or the generation of figures and images must disclose this in the acknowledgments and methods sections as part of the text, specifying how and which tools were used, where applicable;
3. AI-assisted tools cannot be credited as co-authors, as they do not hold responsibility for the integrity of the research work;
4. Failure to properly disclose will result in penalties when discovered. The severity of the penalty depends on the nature of the violation;
5. The guidelines are effective immediately upon approval of the journal’s editorial board;
6. The guidelines will be subject to periodic review and updates. Check the journal website for the most up-to-date version.
