手機作為當今社會傳播範圍最廣、介入人們日常生活程度最深的傳播媒介之一，對少數民族村寨的人們帶來日益深遠的影響。然而，在新媒體與少數民族文化生活互動的研究中，對媒介使用者所處的不同社會環境、經濟狀況、文化差異，以及在特定的社會結構中媒介使用者所存在和形成的某些「關係」，研究者並無太深入和系統的關注。文章以處在社會急劇變遷的雲南箐口哈尼族村寨為例，描述在最近五年左右的時間裏，該村落的手機普及和發展情況。 研究發現，近年來，箐口哈尼族村不論在社區自身的發展，還是當地人與外界的接觸及流動上都發生了巨大的變化。由此，這個原本偏遠和封閉的少數民族村寨也不可避免地被更密切的金融貿易活動和更高效快捷的通訊方式裹挾進其中。結合這一具體背景，可以探究箐口村民對手機使用的獨特語境。手機使用者生活語境的複雜性和差異性，使得手機媒體在箐口呈現出不同的社會活動及文化表現。文中將手機媒介置於一個傳統的少數民族村寨中進行研究，能為考察媒體存在於不同的社會、經濟、文化中的差異，進而探究當地人如何運用手機媒體提供一個有益的分析個案。 |
| Abstract |
As one of the most influential forms of media in people’s lives, mobile phones have bridged the widest communication gap in modern society. However, concerning the study of interaction between new media and minority culture, researchers have not presented a thorough and systematic analysis of media users’ different social environments, economic positions, cultural differences, and the relationships that derive from special society schemes. Taking Hani village in Qingkou, China as a point of reference, this essay depicts the development and spread of telephones in the last five years.
The author found that great change has impacted Hani village, both in the development of the community and its communication with the outside world. Thus, continual trade contact and efficient communication methods are penetrating the remote and closed minority-dominated village. With this in mind, the unique context of Hani’s situation, forming as a result of the villagers’ telephone use, can be discussed. Such conditions, with their complexity and diversity in usage, make the mobile phones a mirror to reflect different social activities and cultural expressions. The study of mobile media in a traditional minority village can provide an instructive case analysis for indigenous usage research, accompanied by media variations exploration among different societies, economies, and cultures.
